Fitzroy Square is the new home of the Royal Society of Musicians, a Grade II Listed London townhouse. The building had gone through various alterations through the years, suffering almost the complete loss of its original style and detail.

Our work put back the style into the building , alongside the meticulous repair, conservation and the discreet insertion of new services. The building now has a rear extension to house the RSoM’s archives. In the interiors, we reinstated the original painted blocking-out detail in the entrance hall and stairs; designed bespoke cornices for the main rooms where they had been lost and produced new chimneypieces incorporating elements of the Royal Society’s crest where they were missing.
