Refurbishment and new interiors for an entrancing Listed country house, originally built in the early 18th century it was added to every 100 years or so.
The house has art deco interiors by the great Basil Ionides, which we wanted to enhance with our design. The entrance hall was predominantly early 19th century and we inserted a new staircase and console tables to harmonise with the restrained classical details that remained in the room, returning the hall to its original shape and form.
