A 9350ft2 (870m2) Classical villa constructed in Indiana limestone. Every element has been specially designed for this building. Not just the doors, windows, ironwork and plasterwork (which is fairly usual) but also such things as the light fittings, the ironmongery and the doorbell push button.
It is a truly international venture: designed in the United Kingdom and built by a Thai contractor with special materials and manufactured items from France, Bulgaria and the USA.
